Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you're circling the same questions, feeling disconnected from work that once energized you, or standing at a threshold you can't seem to cross — it's probably worth a conversation. Book a discovery call. Most people leave that first thirty minutes with something they can act on, which answers the question better than anything I could say here.

Who is your ideal client?

Creative professionals — designers, art directors, brand strategists, creative directors, studio founders. People who think visually and systemically, who carry both the creative vision and the business pressure, and who often can't find a coach who actually knows their world.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

It depends on where you are. Some clients need to unpack what's been building — to get clear, find their footing, and rebuild the confidence to act from what they find. Some know exactly what they want and need someone to help them actually get there. Some are already moving and want to go further, faster. The approach shifts to match the situation. What stays constant is the depth of the listening and the honesty of the questions.

Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?

Yes. I coach clients globally via Google Meet. Time zones can always be worked out.

Can my employer cover the cost of coaching?

Often, yes. Many companies support professional development. I can provide an invoice or proposal if you'd like to explore this with your employer.

Do you offer sliding-scale options?

I reserve a limited number of spots each quarter for clients in transition, unemployed, or building their own practice. If this applies to you, let's talk.

What are your qualifications and experience?

ICF-Certified Professional Coach at the PCC level, with fifteen years of creative industry experience including roles at Wolff Olins and Huge. I trained at the Open Center in New York and have coached six hundred-plus creative professionals across agency, in-house, freelance, and founder contexts.

How does your coaching process work?

Everything begins with a real conversation about where you are and what's getting in the way. From there we build a path that's specific to your situation — not a template, not a generic framework. You leave every session with something concrete you can act on.

What are the benefits of working with a creative coach?

You'll walk away with clarity, creative breakthroughs, increased self-awareness, renewed confidence, and improved decision-making. Coaching provides compassionate accountability and a fresh perspective.

Do you offer a guarantee?

There is no guarantee of specific outcomes, but I can guarantee you'll leave with mroe clarity and actionable next steps. Results depend on your commitment to the process.
