Coaching for ambitious creatives that feel a little stuck.

Too many directions.
Not enough clarity.
A growing sense that
time is passing by...

Sound familiar?
You're in the right place.

Let’s work together

Your confidence isn't gone,
it's burried under a story.

Something changed...

A job that ended suddenly and badly.
A purpose thats starting to feel hollow.
A win that arrived and still felt empty.

The slow grind of working in an industry that keeps moving the goalposts without telling you the rules changed.

Creatives are exceptionally good at getting in their own heads... At building a story from the wrong signals and living inside it so long it starts to feel like fact.

The perfectionism, the fear, the imposter syndrome; these aren't character flaws. They're the patterns. And the evidence of everything you've built, everything you've survived, everything that got you here, it's still there.

You've just stopped being able to see it.

What most people in your position are missing isn't more information or a better strategy.

It's someone in the room who already understands what it's like to be you — asking the hard questions, staying with the real answer, and helping you find the thread back to what you actually know.

Book A Discovery Call

"After a single conversation, I was thinking more deeply and critically than I had in years. Bryan's ability to decode problems and chart a new path is truly astounding."

— Justin Fines, Executive Creative Director

Book A Discovery Call

I help creatives stop performing and start moving.

Not with generic frameworks or productivity systems that don't account for how creative minds actually work. With the kind of deep listening and honest questions that cut through the noise and help you get clear on what you actually want, not what you think you're supposed to want.

Some people come in needing to unpack what's been building... to sort through it, name it, and rebuild the confidence to act from what they find.

Some come in knowing exactly what they want but unable to close the distance between here and there.
Some come in already moving and want to go further, faster.

Wherever you are, the work starts the same way.
Someone who already speaks your language, asking the question you haven't been able to ask yourself.

How It Works

My process combines three elements that make the difference:

Deep Listening — I create a judgment-free space where you can think out loud and discover what's really driving your decisions.

Breakthrough Questions — I ask the questions that shift your perspective and reveal possibilities you hadn't considered.

Action-Oriented Framework — Every session ends with clear, specific next steps that feel aligned with who you are—not who you think you should be.

Book A Discovery Call

Hello! I'm Bryan.

I started as a graphic designer. Worked at Wolff Olins, Huge, Eight Inc. in Singapore. Built a recruiting company. Spent fifteen years inside the creative industry, not observing it, living it... watching how it actually works, who gets overlooked, where the real pressure lives and what it does to people over time.

Somewhere in all of it, I learned that the most important career conversations aren't about your resume. They're about what you're actually afraid of, and what you actually want... and the distance between those two things.

I've coached hundreds of creative professionals, from designers finding their footing to founders carrying entire teams. ICF certified at the PCC level. But more than any credential: I already speak your language. I know what it costs to carry the creative vision for a team. I know what a broken hiring market does to how you see yourself. I know the difference between being stuck, being between things, and which one needs which kind of conversation.

Creative people aren't broken. They're misread by the market, by their employers, and eventually by themselves. The work is getting back to what you actually know. This is personal to me.

Because I needed it too.

What Makes This Different:

Most clients come in thinking they have a career problem.
What we usually find is a story problem, a narrative they built from the wrong signals, running quietly in the background and shaping every decision.

The perfectionism, the fear, the imposter syndrome... these aren't who you are. They're patterns. And once you can see the pattern clearly, it stops having the same grip.

That's where the real work begins.
And it usually starts faster than people expect.

— Kimou Meyer, Sr. Creative Director

Here's what shifts when we work together:

  • You stop second-guessing every decision and start trusting your own read on things
  • The thing that's been blocking you becomes something you can actually name — and work with
  • You leave sessions with next steps that feel like yours,
    not assignments
  • The noise gets quieter. The path gets clearer
  • You remember why you got into this work in the first place

From stuck to moving

Most of what's keeping you where you are isn't lack of effort or ability. It's a story you built from the wrong signals — and started believing.

We start by understanding what's actually happening. Not the surface version you came in with, but the real one — what you've been telling yourself, what the industry has been telling you, and where those two things got tangled.

From there we find the pattern. The belief running quietly in the background, shaping every decision without you knowing it was there. Once it has a name, it loses its grip.

Then we build something concrete. A direction specific to you; not a template, not a borrowed framework. A path that accounts for who you are, what you've built, and where you actually want to go. You leave every session with a specific next move.

Not a concept. Something to do.

1. Deep Listening

I stay with what you're actually saying, without judgment and without rushing toward a solution. This is where the real thing usually surfaces.

2. Breakthrough Questions

The right question at the right moment not to challenge you, but to show you what you can't see from inside your own situation. The one that shifts the frame.

3. Naming the pattern

We find the story you built from the wrong signals. Once it has a name, it stops running the show.

4. A concrete next move

Yu leave with something specific you can act on immediately. Not just homework. A meaningful step.

Making Coaching Accessible

Some of the most important coaching conversations happen during the hardest seasons.

I hold a small number of sliding scale spots each quarter for professionals between jobs, navigating a transition, or building something new without a safety net yet.

Not as charity. As a deliberate part of how I work.

If that's you right now, tell me your situation honestly.
If there's a fit and a spot available, we'll find a number that works.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you're circling the same questions, feeling disconnected from work that once energized you, or standing at a threshold you can't seem to cross — it's probably worth a conversation. Book a discovery call. Most people leave that first thirty minutes with something they can act on, which answers the question better than anything I could say here.

Who is your ideal client?

Creative professionals — designers, art directors, brand strategists, creative directors, studio founders. People who think visually and systemically, who carry both the creative vision and the business pressure, and who often can't find a coach who actually knows their world.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

It depends on where you are. Some clients need to unpack what's been building — to get clear, find their footing, and rebuild the confidence to act from what they find. Some know exactly what they want and need someone to help them actually get there. Some are already moving and want to go further, faster. The approach shifts to match the situation. What stays constant is the depth of the listening and the honesty of the questions.

Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?

Yes. I coach clients globally via Google Meet. Time zones can always be worked out.

Can my employer cover the cost of coaching?

Often, yes. Many companies support professional development. I can provide an invoice or proposal if you'd like to explore this with your employer.

Do you offer sliding-scale options?

I reserve a limited number of spots each quarter for clients in transition, unemployed, or building their own practice. If this applies to you, let's talk.

What are your qualifications and experience?

ICF-Certified Professional Coach at the PCC level, with fifteen years of creative industry experience including roles at Wolff Olins and Huge. I trained at the Open Center in New York and have coached six hundred-plus creative professionals across agency, in-house, freelance, and founder contexts.

How does your coaching process work?

Everything begins with a real conversation about where you are and what's getting in the way. From there we build a path that's specific to your situation — not a template, not a generic framework. You leave every session with something concrete you can act on.

What are the benefits of working with a creative coach?

You'll walk away with clarity, creative breakthroughs, increased self-awareness, renewed confidence, and improved decision-making. Coaching provides compassionate accountability and a fresh perspective.

Do you offer a guarantee?

There is no guarantee of specific outcomes, but I can guarantee you'll leave with mroe clarity and actionable next steps. Results depend on your commitment to the process.

What if I have more questions?

Reach out via the contact form or email. I'm happy to answer any specific questions about how coaching might work for your situation.
